Head over to your Tourbox account and click on the ‘Add artist’ button to get started. You can find this button when you click on 'Your artists' in the upper left corner of the Tourbox header. From here you can search for and add the artist that you want to manage.
For obvious reasons, we can’t give any old person permission to manage an artist. When you are adding artists to your Tourbox account, you may be asked to verify your relationship with them.
Our team will review these requests, and as long as there is a clear enough relationship between you and the artist you’ll have the request accepted. Once the request has been accepted the artist will show in your Tourbox account and you can get on with managing their tour dates.
You may find that our team need to ask additional questions to verify your relationship with the artist, we hope you don’t take this the wrong way but if all we have to go on is an old @aol.com email address it might be hard for us to decipher!
