Why can’t I promote my chosen artist with this tool?

If you’re trying to use the tool and receive this error message “The total audience does not meet the minimum reach of 1,000 fans”, this means that your artist doesn’t have enough fans on Songkick where the event is taking place.

To reach more fans, you can try:

• selecting more events
• extending the radius of your campaign
• growing your fans on Songkick for future campaigns.

When promoting a single festival, you can add up to 4 additional artists to your campaign. These additional artists will not need to have 1,000 fans, as long as you reach 1,000 fans in total with your campaign. You also have to make sure they are on the lineup added to the Songkick event.
