I am having trouble adding a ticket link to my event

When attaching a ticket link to your event, it's highly likely that you'll be adding a vendor that is already on our extensive list of major ticketing vendors and venues. In these cases, go right ahead! 

Even if your chosen vendor isn't on our approved list, however, there's no need to worry. In these cases we will present you with the following five options: 

1. Ticket vendor website
2. Venue website
3. Artist website
4. Event website
5. Festival website

Simply select one of the above, hit 'Add Ticket Link', and the ticket link will be added to your listing right away. 

If for some reason our system is still not recognising your ticket link, feel free to contact our support team with the ticket link in question, as well as the Songkick event listing that you would like us to add it to.
