What is your refund policy?

The team responsible for Songkick’s ticketing operation are closing down and as a result no longer have access to your order data. The event organiser for this concert has now taken on responsibility for the remaining orders and will be your point of contact for refund information or rescheduled dates. You can find the name of the event organizer on both your order confirmation and ticket to this event.

Please note that a refund can only be issued in the event that:

1) the event gets cancelled
2) the event is rescheduled and you cannot make the new date
3) the details of the event have significantly changed (please note, this does not include alterations to the support act line-up)

Outside of the above mentioned scenarios, all ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded.
