I'm not receiving any emails from Songkick, help!

If you've stopped receiving emails from us, we recommend double checking the following:
1) They aren't going into spam
2) You have concerts in your Recently added events 

These are the events we email you about - newly announced concerts and festivals for your tracked artists. You won't get an email if this is empty!

Bear in mind that we only email you about newly added events, so anything that was already on our database before you created your account you won't get an email about.

3) You have your notification settings set to 'Yes' here

If you don't think any of the above apply to you and you're confident you should be receiving emails from us, email us with your Songkick username and we'll investigate further!
