Does this affect the validity of my ticket? 
Nope! All tickets purchased through either CrowdSurge or Songkick will remain valid no matter when you purchased them.

Who should I contact if I need help with my order?
Now that we are operating as one company, any legacy CrowdSurge order questions will be handled by the Songkick Customer Support team. You can get in touch with us any time right here.

What does this mean for me as a Songkick user? Will my account be affected at all?
Nope, Songkick accounts will not be affected; you’ll still be able to track artists for concert alerts and view your orders.
