What is your refund policy?

Songkick is happy to refund your ticket if:

1) the event gets cancelled
2) the event is rescheduled and you cannot make the new date
3) the details of the event have significantly changed (please note, this does not include alterations to the support act line-up)

Please note that in these scenarios, an email will be sent to all ticket holders regarding the change. If refunds are available, they must be requested before the deadline mentioned in the announcement email. If the deadline has passed and you are not able to attend, we can usually offer to transfer your ticket to a friend - get in touch here to find out more.

Outside of the above mentioned scenarios, all ticket sales are final. Make sure to double check your booking is correct, and that you can definitely attend on that date, before you complete it.
