What time does the sale start?
Tickets for London Grammar’s intimate New York and Los Angeles shows will be available at 10:00AM local time (to venue) on Friday, February 17.
How do I access the sale?
Members who registered at joinlondongrammar.songkick.com will receive an email with instructions and a unique access code after 12:00PM EST on Thursday, February 16.
Please note that to access the sale you must have signed up before 3:00AM EST on Thursday, February 16. If you definitely registered, and you haven’t received your access code, drop us an email here and we’ll take a look into it for you.
Will there be other opportunities to purchase tickets?
This will be the only opportunity to buy tickets to these intimate performances. Availability is limited and we expect high demand, so act fast!

How do I secure accessible seating tickets?
Email us with any questions regarding accessible seats through our support center here by selecting 'Accessible seating' from the dropdown. Please make sure to specify the date and venue that you're hoping to book tickets for, as well as the number of accessible and/or companion seats you require. Please make sure to contact us before booking any tickets!
I can't make the show. Can I transfer my order?
As stipulated at the point of purchase, in order to prevent the reselling of tickets, no name changes will be permitted for these shows.
Can I change the delivery method for my order?
To help prevent resale, we’re unable to change the delivery method for your order. On the evening of the show, purchasers must collect wristbands at the box office with their photo ID, and must enter immediately upon collection.
Purchasers will be required to have their entire party present to enter or forfeit any additional wristbands associated with their order.
Can I get a refund?
