Can I transfer my tickets?

Please note, not all tickets are transferrable, in particular tickets purchased through artist presales.

Please note that as the team responsible for Songkick’s ticketing operations have now closed down, all order information has been passed on to the venue / promoter and we are no longer in a position to make changes to your order. In the event that you need assistance with your order (e.g. updating your delivery address, re-shipping tickets or changing attendee name) you will need to contact the event organiser. The name of the event organizer on both your order confirmation and ticket to this event.

PAPER TICKETS

If you have already received your tickets, don't worry - you can just pass them on! No changes will need to be made as long as there are no names printed on the tickets.

Note that for certain events there is a strict no transfer policy put in place by the artist, which means the attendee name will be printed on the ticket to prevent them from being transferred.
