Can I transfer my tickets?

Please note, not all tickets are transferrable, in particular tickets purchased through artist presales.

ETICKETS + COLLECT AT BOX OFFICE / WILL CALL

Please get in touch as soon as possible if you would like to transfer your order to another fan. To request changes to your order, just drop us an email and let us know the full name of who you would like the tickets transferred to so we can look in to your request. 

Please note that tickets within an order cannot be separated out, so the order can only be transferred to one person's name.

PAPER TICKETS

If your tickets have not already been dispatched, in most cases we can change the address details for you. Just fire an email to us here including your full name, order ID, the event details and the name, email and address details of who you want your tickets transferred to.

Note that in some cases, we may not be able to change the address on your order, specifically for shows with strict name transfer policies.

If you have already received your tickets, don't worry - you can just pass them on! We won't need to make any changes to the ticket on our end as long as there are no names printed on the tickets.
