What if I've misplaced my tickets, or not received them in time for the show?

The team responsible for Songkick’s ticketing operations have now settled up with each event organiser and passed on all order details to the venue / promoter for the outstanding concerts. As a result Songkick is no longer in a position to re-ship an order.

In the event that you need assistance with your order (e.g. updating your delivery address, re-shipping tickets or changing attendee name) you will need to contact the event organiser. The name of the event organizer can be found on both your order confirmation and ticket to this event.
