When will I receive my paper tickets?
For the majority of shows, tickets are generally sent 2-4 weeks prior to the event. As a ticketing partner we sell tickets on behalf of artists and promoters, so while we always endeavor to get your order shipped out as soon as we have the tickets, it's unfortunately not possible to send them before this timeframe.
We know that you'll be excited to receive them and anxious about the wait - so once your ticket order has shipped, we'll notify you via email so you know they're on their way!
If the event is less than 3 working days away and you have not received your ticket order, please contact us here with your Order ID, and we'll do everything we can to make alternative arrangements to ensure you do not miss the show.
Please note that if your tickets are sent via Recorded Delivery, we may not be able to issue replacement tickets.
