What if a show is canceled, changes venue or rescheduled?

The team responsible for Songkick’s ticketing operation have closed down. If there are any significant changes made to a show (for example, it is canceled, changes venue or rescheduled) the event organiser will be in contact via email to inform you of these changes.

As all events have now been settled with each event organizer, and order details passed on to the venue / promoter, we no longer have access to your order data. The event organiser for this concert has now taken on responsibility for the remaining orders and will be your point of contact for refund information or rescheduled dates. You can find the name of the event organizer on both your order confirmation and ticket to this event.
