Help! I haven't received my order confirmation
Sometimes it can take a little while for ticket confirmations to arrive in your inbox, depending on which email service you use. If you’ve not received it within a few hours of making your booking, the first step is to double check that it hasn’t accidentally gone into your spam/junk folder.
